Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation EU-ACP (CTA) The Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation EU-ACP(CTA) was established in 1983 under the Lomé Convention between the ACP (African, Caribbean and Pacific) Group of States and the European Union. CTA's tasks are to develop and provide services that improve access to information for agricultural and rural development, and to strengthen the capacity of ACP countries to produce, acquire, exchange and utilise information in this areas.

Question and Answer Service Voucher System This website documents farmers’ questions and corresponding answers. Vouchers are the means by which questions are collected and answers provided. Multiple information channels including the internet are used as part of the process.
